Q: Which products do I need? We always suggest that you begin with the Dynamite Basic Program for Humans, which includes Dynamite (or Dynamite Plus), Tri-Mins Plus and Elixir.
This program provides balanced basic nutrition and may be all that you need to maintain good health.

The immune system is the body's self-defense system. One type of immune response is cellular immunity, which originates with white blood cells called T-Cells. T-Cells contain the free radical scavenging enzymes SOD (superoxide dismutase) and others. Most cellular immune responses are controlled by enzyme systems with a trace element at their core; copper and zinc are two that are important.
